About Us

A Love Movement is an effort to increase the understanding of Love as it relates to all aspects of the
human existence. From issues of faith, to direct issues of religion, to relationships, to the manner in
which our world works and operates. A Love Movement is dedicated to promoting a practical and
tangible aspect of Love and how it applies to our daily lives.

A Love Movement is open to people of all races, creeds, orientations and opinions. We seek,
through communication and the exchange of ideas, bring people into a better understanding of self, of
Love, of God (whatever God it is that you believe in – if you believe) and the world around us.

By promoting Love, we hope to promote a new level of understanding and tolerance that will just be
a part of an increasing trend. It is our hope, with your support, energy and ideas, that we will find
new and creative ways to reach people and touch the lives of those who are, like us, looking for a
new way to exist in our world.

Simply put, Love is the most powerful tool available to us all. It can start wars and stop wars.

It can create and it can destroy. Everyone either Loves or wants to be Loved. It is Love that makes
us uniquely human, special among all of the creations of this Earth.

We promote Love because with Love the possibilities are endless. By incorporating Love in our
lives, on a practical and tangible level, we are able to access those things within us that sometimes
we keep hidden.

We are taught to fear Love, to shun it, to run away from it, to control it, to manipulate it, to idealize
it, to ignore it or take advantage of it. We pay lip service to the power of Love and it's influences.

So by promoting Love, we promote ourselves, we promote God, we promote community, we
promote a way of thinking that is neither new nor unique, but simply, a way of living.

Yes and no. While this can be viewed as a "ministry" the emphasis is on the person. While spiritual
concepts and practices will be employed, we view ourselves as a group of people gathered to spread
a message. That a change needs to occur. An awakening if you like. Some are already taking part in
it. One of the ways to assist in this endeavor is to promote a better understanding and perhaps
different ways of viewing God, whatever manner in which you recognize God.

So a more accurate statement would be that we are an organization with spiritual principles.

A Love Movement has an underlying tone of faith. While we are not denomination and religiously
specific, a lot of the concepts do come from a Judeo-Christian framework, more specifically,
Christian.

However, it is not our intention to exclude anyone due to their system of belief or religious
affiliation. Quite the contrary, we encourage and welcome people from all faiths, tradition and
creeds. We support and honor all religious and spiritual traditions.
